We have seen a great improvement in Chloe's motor skills promoting her independence. Since working with you and as well as physio she has more confidence in climbing challenging obstacles with less adult supervision.

The therapists who attended sessions built up a good rapport with the pupils within a short space of time, meaning that they were excited for the following sessions and felt completely comfortable almost immediately. There has been a good amount of progression from children in many key areas as a result of the sessions with your therapists - particularly in their attitude to learning and motor skills. The children who have participated in sessions are enjoying their learning more, because they have picked up so many skills that previously struggled with.

I think the work he has done with your staff this school year has really helped him loads. He is a lot more happy about going to school, and he's more willing to practice school activities at home like his spellings and times tables, something that he'd never do in the past. Connor has always been self-conscious of his dyspraxia, because he feels like he's different to other children. The therapists who have worked with my son have helped him to feel more comfortable and resilient about things he finds tricky. All of the work that your staff have done with Connor this year have helped so much and I know he's having a much better time at school now too.

The children who have taken part in your sessions have made good improvements in several areas since. We are seeing excellent progress in fine motor skills across the board, such as legibility and fluency of handwriting, which has been aided by ergonomic pens and pencil grips. The sessions have also helped the children in tasks when using their rulers and holding them properly, supporting them in every lesson, but especially when drawing shapes in Maths and underlining their date and learning objective.

Overall, the children from the focus group have grown in confidence with using different pieces of stationery, which has helped them to feel more like independent learners.

The advice that was passed onto myself and my teaching assistant by yourselves was invaluable and will help us to incorporate different strategies to support children throughout the next academic year and beyond.
